what expenses are deducted from the gross besides insurance,fuel,and mercers percentage. trailer rental? escrow deductions and maintenance fees? IFTA? also is all the equipment provided for the flat bed? what percentage of the loads are tarp. If van,is the truck married to the trailer? Is there demurrge,detention,and lumpers paid?
