So... did ya start with Helwig? Anticipating your posts... let us know. And hopefully they're a good fit and a good outfit. I know they used to be...but haven't kept up with them in a while. And ya know how companies seem to devolve over time...

 

I thought about what you’re doing. I’m a very small carrier as well and now down to just my one truck and one trailer. I of course rely on spot market freight. I have also considered leasing on with a bigger company and renting out my trailer. Everyone I talked to though says the same thing, low miles. I also have a paper log truck so the companies I can sign on with are so few it’s probably impossible. But I’m interested in how things go for you.
