    Don't buy yet ! There's still many repos to come to auction yet when this whole buy high and run cheap now shakes out .
    This cycles every few years on the spot market side .

    Buyer beware on those repos. Many failing O/Os will defer any maintenance at the first cash flow crunch. Due diligence is a must. I had a friend that thought he had a deal in 08. Almost lost his shirt.
