Can anyone share info, i have my llc getting ready to get a box truck, want to be owner operator and get loads local or otr, i have numerous serious felonies, last of which was 11 years ago, driving record 100% clean. Does anyone know can i get my own authority and be an owner operator with my llc and find work off load boards with felonies?

Well then it's gonna be a little difficult at first.
Do you have a cdl or permit?

No im totally green on starting this up, im trying to find out because of my horrible background if theres a way for me to start running a 26ft box truck without using a broker, if theres a way ti get loads straight from a load board without having to pass abackground check

well it seems you don't understand how it works, the brokers don't do background checks, the carrier does.

I would look at leasing on to a carrier where they would accept your background, let them find you the work.
