    I don't see the relevance. ATA is an organization of carriers, for carriers, who will work together, and put lots of their own money where their mouth is. OOIDA focus is on drivers, the vast majority of whom won't join for $45/year.

    ATA will fight for anything that will put their clients competition out of business. thats not really unbelievable or surprising for that matter.

    It can be tracked as long as theres a battery in it, doesn't have to be on

    I thought it was only smartphones and thats as long as they are not in airplane mode.

    Could be but I was told by a police officer that as long as theres a battery in the phone, they could find out where the phone was at? Which based on what Snowden said, I would not doubt it.

    Believe they can even find where it has been through the pinging with the towers for a signal.
