John Day, an Attorney and Judge, in Nashville wrote a book on it and the State of TN adopted it as law. He has a website at www.johnday.com I think it is?
Sad part is that the person that was paralyzed, would not have been if they were wearing the safety belt. But, since a commercial vehicle was involved, they looked for a way to make the truck responsible.
John is a good man. That's what he does-accident cases. That's why he wrote the book. He knows truckers get charged a lot of times when its not their fault so he wrote that book. He has a brother who owns a trucking company. Hes the fairest Attorney Ive ever known. I wish hed run for President, Id vote for him in a New York Minute and would try to talk everybody else into voting for him.
Seems like several conversations going on here. I just turned my iphone5 off and on my mac I did a "find my iPhone".... Yep it found it.
Yea I had no reason to doubt the officers word so I took him for what he said. A lot of people don't know it but there were a lot of Police Officers behind that trucker strike in October of last year. In Washington D.C., one officer (or at least 1) saluted the truckers as they went by him.
Thats because the cell tower reported its last known position. Go out for a drive several miles away, turn it off then use "find my Iphone" youll see itll show it is where you last turned it off,
You think that there isn't any device-to-network communication when it's in Airplane mode? I am willing to bet there is a trickle of data being exchanged, always.
