You're good, I wouldn't delete them. Just remember all the little BS expenses really do add up in a years time, that's why it's important to keep track of every penny you spend for your business....

I'd recommend getting some type of expense/accounting software or program to help you keep track. I use RigBooks.com but have heard good things about fogline software...

You’re missing at least $1200 per month maintenance. That’s with good luck. Might be less one year, more the next. On average over approximately 4 years it’s about $48000.

Notice how quickly everyone was to correct you. That’s because we’ve all done the same thing. Try this- figure the numbers working only 3 weeks per mo. Not only are you short one weeks pay, you’re short 25% of fixed costs. Meanwhile the bills always come in on time.

Are you including trailer maintenance and tires? If so that's pretty good IMO.
I include everything including for my own trailer and average about 15–20 K per year.

I gotta wake my ### up at 6am every day this week and drag myself up to Vascalinas. Yeah, I'm doing the drywall there at the new McDonalds

15-20 is more realistic. I have averaged close to, maybe less than 12k per year on my Classic and dry vans over the years. I planned on figuring every penny since 09. Wife threw away all the taxes and receipts. I still have about 8-10 years worth. I’m curious myself what the actual averages are.
