Call New England Motor Freight. They should be able to hook you up with all of the Amazon freight you could ever dream of. If there phones haven't been disconnected.

Cant believe Owner Operators are out here running multiple stop loads for Amazon that take 4 hours and pay $150 but yet every day someone gets on here wanting to know how can they haul for them.

Some people do it for the money, for the glory, and for the fun; mostly the money.

Some people want to work for Amazon because they don’t want any of those things.

    Genuinely curious.
With them closing down, do you think load boards are gonna be blowing up with all their freight?
The other two major LTL carriers in New England already made statements about not being able to take on that 400 million worth of revenue.
I know major LTL pays crap but with losing almost 1,500 trucks and 1,300 drivers. SOMEONE is gonna have to pickup the slack.
Their freight would just sit there if they try posting it for the same rates they’ve been paying..

Wouldnt this be months out? The press release said slowly winding down operations. Alot can happen in the mean time. Maybe Bezos buys them and they live on. Probably not.

From the article I read. They plan on winding down and mentioned 3 week timeframe. Seems impossible to just throw a month up ad be able to close out and sell off all the equipment and settle contracts..

I really don't know how that would play out. Maybe for a brief period of time it would hit load boards but I would imagine some of the other LTL carriers around the northeast will pick it up. Just read an article on how XPO took a big hit on there stock price due to missing there 4th quarter earnings projections on account of loosing Amazon's business so maybe they'll go after it again. At any rate, whoever ends up with it can have it.
