Only if it is after ALL expenses are accounted for and that is what he is paying himself.

Just remember.... a Lease/Purchase victim is NOT an Owner/Operator.
lentz1, Lepton1, Pete jockey and 5 others Thank this. -
Good job pulling a number out your ###; you are halfway on your way to being a fleecer already.lentz1 Thanks this.

Umm, please don'make a blanket statement like that because not all lease purchase operators are victims.
Yes, there are many more that fail than succeed, but a lot of that failure is because people don't know how to operate a business.Crusader66, lentz1 and akfisher Thank this. -
Read it again. Not a "blanket statement".
lentz1 Thanks this. -
To many variables
Fill out this form, it will change depending on your costs.

Not all owner operator have the same cost per mile. -
There is WAY too many variables to give you a blanket answer. What is the truck payment, Trailer payment, plates, Ins, etc... If your truck payment is 2500 you will need to make X but if your payment is 1000, You will need Y.
lentz1 Thanks this. -
Not enough.....
Is my blanket statement
lentz1, TripleSix and Bob Dobalina Thank this. -
If you can't easily make double what you would as a company driver then it isn't worth the risk in my opinion.
