    No, it's not.

390.15 of the FMCSR. Any accident in which there is a fatality, a person receives immediate medical attention away from the scene, or at least one vehicle is towed away, is a DOT recordable accident, regardless of fault.

OP ask an insurance agent what your premium would be.

The answer will probably encourage you to rethink the options available.
    Good luck

Does anyone have advise on how to find steady power only loads during COVID? I been running Schneider, PAM, JB Hunt...the Southeast lanes I run have been low. I don't have a trailer so I need PO loads

But he’s calling it a Non- recordable . So he took out a pole or a tire. No police or insurance report I guess......

    Non-recordable Incidents:
    1. Bumped car in Manhattan, cops didn't write a citation and sent me on my way
    2. Got stuck in mud
    3. Slid on ice, bumped someone's trailer at my terminal (no damage to trailer)

    Rideandrepair and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

The carrier will have a record, and when his previous employment is checked it will come up.

It pops up when companies check with my last employer. My MVR only shows the barrier incident...

Forget them all ...... I’ve been stuck in the mud more times then I can count.....get the dozer or loader. Course I was working construction sites.....

Find a smaller company..... not a mega.
