are you leasing another one thru May, or outside this time?
I was told last week they were waiting on some more to be turned in, and currently had 3 people waiting for trucks...

I've never owned my own business! I mean dont get me wrong I've thought about it, since Im single, no kids, about to get rid of my apartment so I'll have basically no bills figured hey it might be the best time if it was something I wanted to get into but I dunno having a truck and then its all on you just seems kinda scary lol

With no or low Bills .. You would succeed. Many don't understand .. Obviously the guy that owns the truck makes more Money then the guy that just Drives it. All in all, at the end of the year, yes, the Owner/Op makes more money.

The Problem many have and why they fail is simple. regardless if they have no, low or many bills at home. They don't realize that you can't base yer Pay by the week anymore .. it's what ya generated in the month/quarter/year.

I will be going the O/O route, but not until I have at least 1 year in. Not sure if I'll be leasing on with May though, much more research will be done first. And I'll be buying my truck from a dealer, not doing a lease purchase; don't wanna be stuck in a multi-year contract with one company...

Have you been generally happy with you earnings/miles Paloma?

instead you'll be stuck in a used truck you may know nothing about, pay $15-20k too much, PLUS unreasonably high interest!
At least leasing a May truck, you can see the EXACT history, and don't pay too much etc...
Your best bet if you don't want a lease to own is to save $$ and BUY OUTRIGHT, preferably directly from the owner

Paloma, if I might ask without being to nosey, do you have a family you are supporting? A mortgage, etc, or, do you just pretty much live in the truck?
