Most of the pay is going to be the about the same with whatever company you choose, percentages from I've seen vary from 23-30%, where the difference is going to be is how they pay for down time on the sites. I worked at Valley Bulk and we were paid 15 an hour after the first hour, you can probably find more at some carriers, and you'll find less at others. Wayne Sell is union, those guys seemed happy because of the benefits that come with the union.
