    Ny and pa give you a 3% tolerance when using portable scales.

    NY gives 3% but I also had reducible load permit for 107k (6 axles, 7 is 117), Mass gives 4%

    Thanks for the replies. Reason I asked is the receiver I go to in PA used to allow 2% variance but went zero tolerance basically overnight. DOT has often operated inside their yard/scalehouse (strange), so I was trying to figure out what caused the change.
