we fit 18st fuller and Tandem Meritor axels in TGA (driveline was ruined, it was 6x2 TGA from UK). as donor we used wrecked international 9400i.
Owner used road truck as coal mover with 50t dump trailer. so all driveline went bad in a year, but with fuller and meritor axels it keeps running.
There were some problems with EBS (converting from disk brakes to drums), and FFR calculates gear wrong (LOL). all other stuf fits

I've never seen non egr D28, so I sugest no non EGR calibration file is available.
Privious EDC engine with air driven EGR valve had pos. sensor built in air cylinder was easy to separate from EGR and keep EGR closed. -
there are d28 without egr on all mans from 361..... 291 331 ....serie 2 3 and early 4
you can use stainless steel sheet metal to blind egr valve -
