Pirate Freder- is your truck a kw r Peterbilt? I have a kw and my actuator looks different. Also did the 0.5 rubber work? Mine leaks right where the shaft comes out. Looks like a little shock absorber
    Thanks

Kw or pete doesnt matter all MX engine parts are the same. Your engine is an EPA 10 model. The part that @Pirate_Freder is working on is the air control valve for the BPV vlave. Not the valve or actuator itself.

Thanks for clarifying the difference between the actuator and the air control valve. My actuator is leaking and it is a 2011 kw paccar with def “and all that good stuff “ If I were to delete the system do still need the bpv and actuator for the turbo or its only purpose is so truck can heat up to regen? Thanks anybody

Do you have any follow up if putting a new rubber gasket in you BPV worked? Mine is leaking from that ex. port and i feel like that could be an easy fix

valves are over $1k ea and i don't want to buy something that could be repaired. thanks.
