It’s a 2015 579 looks like it’ll be a fun and pricy fix adding a new power steering pump to that list
Goodysnap Thanks this. -
hi everyone..this is my first truck and i just starting my own business so i thought maybe i can ask the expert's out there..I bought a 2013 peterbilt 337 and had some airline issues..Started fixing pushlocks and drained air, fixed more pushlocks and drained air..omg so many leaks..truck always built air and thought everything was fixed because finally i didn't hear anymore leaks but all of the sudden I started truck and had no air building..the engine is the px8. what could be the problem.?..I see forums talking about uploder valve dirty or the governor..

Could this cause engine failure ? -
Does not normally cause progressive damage to the engine. Just quits running and loss of fuel and steering pressure. The damage is contained to the air compressor, and tandem steering pump/ fuel pump.firstcomefirstserve Thanks this.
