pair of sweats and a pee jug should pretty much do it. no need to waste time packing things most truckers don't use like soap, razors, toothpaste, clean clothes, deodorant, shoes.....
I joke but you will see those drivers soon enough. Probably some in orientation. The other ideas already posted are good.

I have a small duffel bag with wheels that sized for carry-on with passenger airlines. Can make it fit in the truck or aircraft where a rigid suitcase won't fit.

Make sure you got basic medications for diahrea, constipation, indigestion, and headaches. You may never need them but when you do you will feel like a champ chomping down a Immodian tab while trainer is squirting his Chipotles buffet under the trailer
