    I did not accuse you of pontificating. I said it sounds like you do.

    Here is the basic problem with forums like this. When someone asks a question, in their mind it is coming off one way, in the readers mind it comes across another.
    I have done it more times than I can remember.

    The other thing to remember is that in these forums and most others people will try to rat your head out. Some, most will try to be helpful.

    Tell your trainer: Here is my health problem and here are my needs. Its private between you and him or her.
