Oh really. I'm a long way from knowing all there is to know about anything, but this sort of sounds like total and complete BS to me. Did you have that truck long enough to see what the steer tires wore like on it? Sounds like they just didn't want to take the trouble to do a proper alignment on it, but that's just my opinion. . .

Edit: I guess the front end could be aligned all right, but they didn't bother to set the steering wheel. . .

OK, here is just a thought.. are you Palming the wheel when you steer? If you palm the wheel and do not "shuffle" or steer using the hand over had movement to move the wheel, you are exerting downward force with your your shoulder and then rotating your arm and the shoulder. This can and has caused drivers that steer a lot (yard jockey's, hostlers, shuttle drivers etc). This irritates the rotator cuff as its just not really designed for that kind of motion. I was a yard driver for a long time and I know it effected me for a while and the other drivers. Try steering differently for a few days and see it that helps?

I have had three trucks ever since and all of them do it. If you let go of the steering wheel for a second it immediately pulls to the right, never left. While driving I learned to just lean my body to the left to apply more weight on the steering wheel to keep it straight. Actually I have driven four trucks. I was selected to participate in a test before the new HOS came out so I drove another truck that was hooked up with special equipment for a month.
