Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds

Probably not, but I know what drivers are to DMs, we're just a number on the computer screen to them. I just gotta keep up reminding him about it, the sooner the time comes. Communication's the key to any successful partnership.
-
Usually only a number for a few months, if there good at their job. Especially when they will give you there cell number to call, so its possibly to become more than a number on a screen.
-
One can only dream to be the DM's Teacher's Pet!
-
Reminding them doesn't always do any good. Even with them knowing you have to be somewhere, either freight or idiotic load planners can keep you from getting to your destination on time....
I was nearly late for a 2nd notice jury summons...missing that spelled bench warrant issued for me. Morons there. lol -
WoW! Yeah you know something I have noticed about my lovely PAMela, that's that she doesn't communicate to well. The pre-planners don't seem to talk to the DMs and etc, etc.. causing a clusterf*<k and in the long run just really giving themselves more work. Maybe they just all have a pissing power struggle over there. Who has the biggest stick or whatever

I call Jerrod Dalmut. Everyone else, now that Norma is going won't do jack for you. My DM is a good guy, but he even said the louder you cry higher up the ladder, the more gets done.
-
David Finley took over Norma's position; which I know and hope he does a good job. By no means he will be like Norma but I know he will work with you.
I had 1 issue getting home over the 2yrs here; which was a week later. But that was kinda understandable because I pulled DBLs with PAM. Other times it maybe a day late or a day early but that isnt a big deal. Things happen. -
you should have known better and been better prepared. stop one night and do your laundry. why you out of money? are you not working and getting paid? try getting an advance on your pay. never assume you will be home exactly when you think you will because freight doesnt work around your schedule.
-
Even though I agree with you partially; Im going to disagree with not having loads around the drivers schedule.... furthermore, he's doing the smart thing by saving up every penny he can ... but with PAM u gotta prepare for the worst 99% of the timeSkydivedavec Thanks this.
