Ok I hear ya White Dog, I have taken buses plenty of times when I stayed in city limits where the buses run. But, staying 30 miles outside of Atlanta in a county called "Paulding" where they have no bus service really sucks. I use to stay in the Cobb county area & catching the bus is no problem as they have CCT. No excuses, I just know when to fold 'em Jack. (man i need to stop watching Duck Dynasty)

PAM is owned by Central Transport the LTL company. Central has new trucks and pay teams .52 to.56 cents a mile. They like to run teams at 5000 miles a week. Central just bought Vitran and now they have Vitran trucks and trailers. Central also owns Universal Logistics,a container company that on the stock market symbol UACL. The stock is doing real well.

I drive for Central Ref. Its not a bad company to start out with . I had no problem while in training , some others I herd a different story. I however heard some not so nice things about driver solutions witch is who PAM sends you to I am pretty sure .

Both companies are the same. I used to work for Central Transport as a LTL P & D driver in Denver. The money was terrible and they treated me like garbage..... but I loved working there. I had a great route, great customers, and was home every night. All in all I really liked it there. Every job out there is what you make of it.
