    It was when my husband drove for them. They were so bad I would never give them a second chance.

    He worked for them right out of cdl school in 1999 to 2000. As soon as his contract was up he bailed. There have been a few here that have shared the same experiences he did and recently too. Solo drivers do not get miles. When my husband started with them his pay was $.22 cpm. I don't know what the starting pay is now but they lied so much that I would never trust them again.

    :biggrin_25525:As long as i can clear $400 a week to pay my bills i will be happy. I just love to drive.

    If I turn the keys to a truck I better take home at least $800-900 a week. $400.00 ?:biggrin_2556:

    Im not married and no kids. wanted to try something different. i can pay my bills with 400 a week anything else will be a bonus. i make 360 now.

    When you find out that you are working 70 hours a week you will want more than 400 for it. Being single with no kids will help, but 400 a week there will be nothing left by the time you pay your expenses out there.

    I start school on July 16th so i will just haft to wait and see.
