PAM Transport

I leave out this afternoon.

 

I have worked for PAM for over a year now and I agree some of the trainers suck and some are great but thats the same with any company. The trucks are probably maintained as well as any other large fleets. Sometimes getting maintenance done can be a pain in the ### but if it take too long they will give you break down pay and a room if you happen to be on the road.
Over all I would say they are a good company to get in the door then you can look for greener pastures.

 

Ive been with my trainer for over two weeks and everything is great. He said he might be able to get me on a dedicated run after i get my own truck the 7th.

 

for those of you who have gone through the driver solutions and started with PAM, how long before you recieve your first pay check with the trainer? I live pay check to pay check as it is and can't afford to let my bills get behind, now that they are on time. Lydiat

 

Hey i'm a newbie too. I'm suppose to start nxt week with ether pam, crst or swift. Can anybody tell me sum good things about pam? Like the training part, how is it? Thanks.

 

Hell I was making $800.00 before tax working 4-1/2 days a week locally. do not take less that $750.00 after tax which is roughly 40gs a year or $17.00 hr
