By good work history they generally mean that they are looking for guys and gals who are not cronic job hoppers, that you have been employed on the regular. Be honest with them, not allowing them to find something on their own.

You can't run and run and run, you are limited by their dispatch and they will cross dock you if it is over a certain amount of miles with a time limit.
