why does everybody assume if you drive more 600-700 miles you will have an accident.?
mje Thanks this. -
700 miles is about the limit you can legally do in 11 hours of driving. fatigue is the deciding factor i guess. i know when i am tired. i know how far i can go. i have done may trips of 1000+ miles in a day. is it legal? no, but the reality of it is most of us have done it for one reason or another. Minneapolis, MN to Chatt TN is about the farthest i have gone in a day. and i have done that many times. not anymore though. the days of running hard like that are in the past.
mje Thanks this. -
You are pushing the fatigue envelope.
600-650 is very doable. But it does take it's toll after a 7-10 day period.mje Thanks this. -
Because Joan Claybrook said so .snowblind, Logan76, aiwiron and 1 other person Thank this.

I have driven up to 10 hours , 50 minutes on e-logs .mje Thanks this.

geeze 600 miles a day is a cake walk...logging 720 isnt the smartest thing but that doesnt mean you cant run that many in a day....
