Keep track of your mileage at any stop and log it legal during the day. Throw the top copy of your scale ticket away and keep only the bottom copy. It has the date only. At the end of the day, then you can do any changes as needed. Remember to also check your BOL's, more shippers are starting to time stamp them. Also remember, that on paper logs, every thing is 15 minutes. None of this 5 minute PTI's or 7 minute fuel stops.

 

Anything that takes less than 15 can be flagged on paper logs .

Note that the only comment required is the geographic location .

Fine print everyone fails to understand that congress refused to fund the EOBR program, all the rules and no funds to enforce.
