DAC and yes companies very well do just as you say. Who knows if they will report anything however. You never know. Easy fix though. Don't work for anyone who uses DAC.

You don't think companies are going to ask him about experience? Since he has none they might very well ask how he got his CDL and it might go south from there. Why not just follow through on the commitment, get a little experience and then move on to greener pastures?

The way I see it is; a man has honor and obligation. Honor is fine as long as it doesn't impede a man's obligation to his family. If a man has a choice of two jobs he is obligated to his family to take the job that provides for his family the best. I'm sensing a CRE hiding in the shadows.. how can a company take the swims cdl when the state issues it? the company cannot.. no. so why not bring this schooling fee up with the jump and run too company off the record of course ?
