Btw...Most drivers run a certain lane....
So instead of just farting around on the satellite....Make a note of potential parking spots between points....

    Also...Most jurisdictions have "511"....Use it....
In Winter while running Vail....I'll call it maybe twice...Sometimes three, in an hour to stay updated....

All I'm saying is most drivers drive 10 hours and 45 minutes or the full 11. So driving another 25 miles to the next truck stop is not an option on E-logs without going into violation.

    That's everyone else's problem?.....

Btw...What happens when you go over your "11" on an Elog....The truck "de-rates" or shuts-down completely?......

So if you're climbing up the Divide on 70 in a snowstorm...On a Sunday afternoon and your "11" is up...You just shut it down right there on the ribbon?.....

Either way, it doesn't give him the OK to treat Noreen that way. He is a ######## douche. Maybe if he spoke nicely and with respect to Noreen, she would have let him slide this time or recommended an alternative to his current situation. But he was just a plain disrespectful jerk off... and there is no excuse for that....

Then maybe the prudent solution would be to drive 10 hours and take into fact that maybe, just maybe, there might be a parking predicament. Again the responsibility rests solely on the shoulders of this driver for his lack of preparedness, especially when running in high traffic zones you have to expect that parking will be at a premium.

Elogs are not the problem !!!
Idiots on elogs are the problem !!!

Elogs are not an excuse to show your ignorance !!
Elogs did not make the idiot doing the filming park in a no parking zone .

The idiot in the video will be an idiot no matter who what when or where he is.

Like forest was so fond of saying ..... that's all i got to say about that !!!

Sometimes a driver may have to park further out from a drop or a pick-up...And...Oh gee...They maybe have to get up a little earlier....

I agree the guy was a #### Head. Mebbe he was just protesting how absurd the HOS regulations are becoming. But, no matter how valid the protest, I woulda called a tow truck and not the po poif I was behind the counter. I'm over the "invent a spot" idiots parking wherever after 2200. I trip planned and got my rig in a hole , only to be blocked in at 0500 by euro-trash, steering wheel holders way too many times...
