Well since I was held up all day in Lebanon I had to do the night shift. But I made it to Joplin, MO Flying J with 1 minute left on the clock. Just have to wait and see if they will find somebody to relay with me or reschedule the appointment for tomorrow when I have hours to get there. We back quiet. Yall be good now ya hear ;)

My wife is from Joplin, MO. The favorite sport there is catching Catfish with their arms.

Got a guy from Kansas City coming to take my load. Then pick up a load Sunday. They didn't have an apt. time for delivery but it was the next day. Then when I get the dispatch. It says 13th/Thursday. I sent a quick message saying I'm not going to have to sit on this load until Thursday am I. Only a 792 mile load. Wooh Get to drop it at the yard. There is still a chance I may break the 2500 mile week. But it's January and February guess it could be worse.

Stopped temporarily at the Flying J in Sullivan, MO performing a parked regen due to low SCR performance. Happens once in a while when operating in below freezing temps I've noticed.

Better check your coolant usage.....Could be the EGR valve is about to screw you royally...

Doesn't use any coolant as far as I can tell. I think it's just a quirk about the Volvo SCR system. The pee water getting icy or something, lol.

Just be a little cautious...My own experience with EGR systems....When you have to have manual regens....Other than sitting on a "34" idling as example....Something is about to cost you time and $$$...

I may be clueless , but a regen burns soot to ash. Def treats nox. 2 different animals I think.

I actually did idle quite a bit over the last couple of days. In temps well below freezing up there in Indiana. Did notice she requested these parked regen after long idling periods.

The fuel guy sent us a message last month "let's look to reduce idle time now that temps are warming up a little...."
