I'm out of service after a DOT Inspection ... The office took the time to call everyone on the list, and got me on a fuel not matching the lig book. I did 6 hrs instead of the required 10 ...

No ticket or points, just a warning. Do I still get points for the warning?

 

if it's written up on the inspection report than yes. I believe OOS is a biggie 10 pts x multiplier of 3 = 30 points

 

It is written on the dot inspection the oos as a note.

 

6 hr break ? That must be a very important load. Lol

Sometimes it dont pay unless you use a pencil with an eraser

 

What the heck? He must have not had much to do. Where was this?

 

Probably or got issues with his wife recently. AZ.

That was it. Falsified log book and he put me oos. Truck was fine and the rest was fine. I did moved everything 3 hours back so to have the 10 hrs break in there, he got me by calling the truck stop and verified the real time mismatch.

 

He got you by calling a truck stop ???

I would have still denied it , unless they have a credit card transaction or video of your truck with the # visable....
