I did use a credit card, and the truck stop does have camera's, so if I denied the time he could put me to jail if he wanted for lying to a law enforcement officer, etc. If he wanted to go nasty, and he would have proof of that. I can always say I don't recall the exact time, which I did and he put me oos and the warning.

Even so, he'd still have to get a subpoena to obtain that evidence. Then they'd have to establish a chain of custody to make sure that evidence isn't tampered with. Honestly I doubt they would have gone that far for a simple OOS issue.tangerineGT Thanks this.

Flying J, Checotah OK. 450 miles to Sealy, TX and then dinner with my girls tomorrow.
Felt bad for a driver on the company side today..he wasn't having a good day. Shipper in KC had covered docks right off the street (thank you Google street view for getting me in there the right way). As I arrived he was standing in front of his truck with a few other workers snapping pics. Turns out he backed into the wrong dock....the one that didn't have the overhead door all the way up....DOH!!
so anyway after determining the door was totaled but no damage to the trailer he goes and backs into the proper dock. Unfortunately he didn't line himself up right and....crunch...bye bye dock light. -

Hey if someone is gonna take the time to teach me , I am definitely gonna listen...
And I wont park by the pig wagons until I have a reason to. Lol
