That's it has a Taco casa, and a BBQ place in it. Mr. Pack know's his truck stops.
Well who but your's truly can pull into the Flying J in Springville, UT with 1 minute left on the 70.
Picked load up a day early wasn't suppose to be out till 1500 tmrw. Was ready when I got there so wanted to get a few miles knocked out and try to do a restart. My google maps was saying there was a J at exit 272, but something didn't look right. I would of had a few minutes to spare. Then I went to the pilot flying J website and it was saying 261 I was like ohh no. Thought I would just get a few minutes of violation, but only went over on the onduty portion for the post trip. So I don't think I'm in trouble.
Think I can leave here Tuesday morning do 10 or 11 hours take my break, and still be be in Nogales by 8 Wednesday. Guess we will see. Have some pretty good hours coming off recap but I find it easier to trip plan when I don't have to worry about those little hour days. Anyway time to check weather and route and see it this is going to be possible. We back quiet.
Parked Here for the Night

Thanks for that and duly noted. I prefer Mex over other stuff, even if it is fast food. I think I've seen this one on a billboard some time or another, just never had the opportunity to stop. I am usually on a ATL-DFW run just about out of hours in that area going to DFW, or just getting started on the way back.
I don't know about the 579, but its the Texas Best BBQ at the 567 in Tyler. I think there's a couple more between DFW and LA. The Sonic is better than the BBQ there, if you can get a parking space. Not a bad spot and the BBQ is ok, just not good enough to me to justify a stop for that. -
I run 20 to the Atlanta loop so much I could do it blindfolded lol

Not me. I've got a few spots I'll favor but not that way enough to know more. I live near ATL and probably take a load to TX about once a month, half go out 20 to DFW for multi stops around the metro, or a gulf coast route on the 10 with drops in LA and final down in HOU, SA, Waco, or someplace else just as remote. I actually enjoy the ride into central TX or back down to the RGV on the back roads from those final stops. Even better when it's not summer.

Mr. PackRat is my go to driver for where to get a good meal.
I'm sure we could play a game with him. Throw out a location & see if he has a place for us.
Wife & I've been wanting to try Nicks ever since he told us but we drive by it either in the morning or late night. -
NO PROBLEM! Just grab the rockin' chair between SWIFT and CRE. They will take GOOD care of you!
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
