A lot of small companies do that now..

If they don't work look at Frock Bros. or maybe Class 1 out of Mcveytown...Stay away from Crowe the pay scale is a joke and dispatch is cluster....don't ask how I know that

Funny you say about Frock bros. I was considering putting in a application with them to , but honey locust had the livestock .

I dont mind the leaving the truck there but at first its gonna suck because I will have to drive my mustang and winter will be rough if I have to try and drive that 30 mins away. Lol. I guess I could always make my wife take me to work since she has awd.

I am really setti g myself on a small family owned company . I have worked here for all but a year now and this big company just dont sit well with me . To much micro management and no one wants to ever give a straight answer or anything because they dont know the answer. Lol

I set my goals high for only a year of experience , but hey you never know if you dont try right ?

Happened just outside of Yakima. This will be the third one this year they'll have to put in.

I'm at the TA in North Bend, WA. Got a parking spot but almost got backed into by a bobtail backing up while waiting to set up to back into my spot.

How dumb do you have to be to almost back into someone in a friggin bobtail.

Probably a dumb question but is there a time this place ISN'T a cluster ####?

After empty, got my next load assignment.... In Fort Worth... So, I rushed to Love's on I-35W at 14:00... and the darn place was COMPLETELY FULL up to capacity... :biggrin_25510:
After circumnavigating it twice, I called shipper and lady said it would be ok to park on the street in front of their gate... So, here I am... on the street...
But no picture... don't want to divulge TMI.... Hopefully nobody will bother me tonight... Gate opens at 8 am and I expect to be the first.
After loaded will head to UT...

    That ya !!!!

    I appreciate it very much.

He was giving the app to the livestock manager so we will see.
Not counting my bacon bits just yet .

I did ask about the tqa cert and he asked how I knew I would need it . I told him this was something I had been looking into for a while . He said they will get me the cert , and that I dont have to worry about it.

Find yourself an $800 '96 Saturn to drive to the yard like I did.

With a fake "inspection", 3 months of temp tags and the final legit Texas registration with late title transfer penalties my total investment is around $1100. $35 a month to insure.

Threw a new set of tires on for an additional $250.

This time I BYOBBQ. Bought some pork country ribs. Marinated in A1 New York Steakhouse marinade and cooked on the stovetop, they are the bomb!
