Parked Here for the Night

Sitting in the door in Whitestown IN. Open appointment to drop in Lynchburg VA then pick up a preload out of same place heading to CT.

Only have 7K on board for the trip through WVa. These loads pay nice and allow me to DH back to NJ if need be to pick up from one of our regular accounts that pay much better than the rates that normally come out of the northeast.

 

You don't need to call it in?

 

I'm not gonna . I mean there Is literally no damage other then some hair on the lugs of the wheel and a little blood splatter on the front bumper towards the bottom . Which I rinsed off .

And when the cop asked if I had any damage , I said no surprisingly . Then he said have a good night . Lol

 

Parked in IN on 70 exit 123 @ flying J. ....

I um think I am going home a little earlier then planned . They sent me a load that ends in Pittsburgh monday and I am not really scheduled to be home until thursday. So not really sure , I guess I will find out tomorrow .

That would be kinda cool because I could get a jump on things a few days earlier then planned..

I hear ya. Been awhile since I ran company side just was always told if the truck makes contact with anything always call it in CYA and all that.

 

Not where I'm gonna be parked for the night but in Jonesboro Ar getting a load of rice bran for SFA in Shreveport. Had a 5 pm appointment time and it's 7 they are out I guess making some more. I gotta be in Shreveport as they are out of product. So it's a late night flight burning grain truck lights

Sitting at the rest area on I65n in Indiana just south of Indy.... got a light load going to Shelby Ia.
Tired as heck...1st day back after 5 days at home...

Indiana has the worst construction zones. Like they let a 8 year old set them up.... big back up headed south on I65 towards Louisville...bout exit 40...glad I was headed north....

 

Pilot off i70 and us127, there's an ####### trans am driver taking up two spots. ####### like this fat ### pile of dog #### are why we are one of the reasons why we are.running low on parking, and why we are asked or told to move.
