Hey PackRatTDI... the other day you wrote that you check the air pressure in your tires and walk under the trailers and all...
Do you have this tool? I have one... it's multi purpose... :biggrin_25519:
I do walk under the trailer and do a visual inspection of everything... but need to start checking the brake stroke too cause one of our co. drivers was written up for wrong brake adjustment... :biggrin_25510:
He assumed the adjustment was fine because trailer had recently been serviced at terminal and they are self adjusted...

    This is the tool....

Sitting in La Mirada, CA at the receiver till they open at 6am(hopefully) then to NFI in Industry for our load back to Louisville, KY.

That's a pretty cool invention Rocks. I was shocked at how many things it checks.

Total rip off. I think that bulb is $10 at Walmart.

I keep my spare bulb supply stocked at Walmart. The cheap truck stop bulbs don't last long, especially the turn signal/DRL lamps. They either burn out in a week or the cheap amber coating turns clear.

    Rocks and TruckDuo Thank this.

The ideal bulb for the Volvo (and any other amber bulb DRL system would be an amber version of the 4114 bulb Sylvania developed for the GM vehicles with the dedicated DRL lamp to replace the original 3157 wedge bulb.. It is rated at 14 volts instead of 12.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Oak grove Mo for a minute. Not staying all day. Grabbing a bite of lunch, waitin on another driver I know to show up. Then rolling toward the Mile High. Plans changed, now all 3 drops come off in Denver. Wonder what I do out of there! Might get interesting. Check y'all later!
