Parked Here for the Night

Parked at the little Phillips 66 truck stop in Bloomfield, NM last night and spent the night at my grandparents. Had lasagna.

I cant believe I havent been on here in like 6 pages .

But by the time I stop for the day all I want to do is sleep , eat , shower , and oh did I say sleep .


Found out that eventually thos hard running is gonna stop . They are gonna be forcing us to run e-logs with in the next year . Because some people dont know how to color real well and make it all look good..

Welp making dinner for the family , catch ya'll later......




Oh , and wore out . My new favorite sayin is n. "Its gonna be a late night flight burnin pig truck lights"

I'm thinking e-logs won't work well for your bunch either. But who knows stranger things have happened

 

They want us to be as "legal" as possible , but we all know in livestock its not gonna happen.


Hey wore out , I am looking into getting into cattle hauling , but I have to get a few more months with animals.

A guy I know works for William A Spencer , and I may be able to get in with in due time.....


Unless you want me to fly down and get the pete and the pot . I will say I have never loaded cattle on a pot . Only a small livestock trailer that you pull behind a pick up.




Heads up though , I live kinda close to greencasstle , PA . They have a stock yard there ...... hint hint ... lmao

 

Meh.... The industry will just get P.E.T.A to endorse an hos exemption to prevent cruelty to the bacon and leather.

It has nothing to due with bacon and leather . Lol

What I have an issue with is say I get loaded and hit some hellish weather or an accident. I cant stop till they are there no mater the cost .

Everyone seems to have the wrong veiw of us . Oh we are outlaws who drive hrs over our 11 . Its not true unless we dont have a choice .



The point I am trting to make is they are living animals on that trailer and they are my responsibility to get them there on time and safe ....

 

Exactly. I just really like the thought of FMCSA/DOT getting publicly drug through the muck by P.E.T.A.....
