And one of the drivers here offered me a ride in his vehicle to Walmart nearby and I accepted... Always find some produce to buy at WM...
He told me he has been trucking since he was 19 yrs old... a total of 46 straight years... But he is going to retire in a couple more years... like many others in my co. He is sick and tired of what trucking has become for the last 10 yrs... Although I have been trucking in the US for only 7 yrs now... I totally understand and agree with him...

 

Arkansas is actually finishing construction projects in a timely manner. Good job.

 

I felt like Towmater in the cars movie when he was all excited to drive on the new road. Only it was smooth. There is still some construction beside it but they have the lanes at full width instead of trying to fit two lanes into one

 

Decided to roll out because the weather at the house sucked and was going to get worse.

Took a 1 stop Tampa load...I won't know how to act if I'm not having to run balls to the walls getting stops off..

Almost forgot, I'm at my secret hiding spot in southern Penn-syl-tucky...

 

Lil parking spot in Tn. Got a 1 pm stop in Alsip Il. Kinda slow this week. Kinda enjoying the relaxed pace. Keepin up on all the action from the NFR, lots if cash bein paid out. Check y'all later!

I often wonder where all the Schnieder eggs come from.

 

Wish they'd take over the roadwork on the east side of El Paso. That's been taking forever with no end in sight.

 

I was in two. One back in 2002 and the other in 07'. Talk about eeerie sounds, hearing cars crash behind you in the distance..

Not looking forward to this year. Maybe it will be a good year no huge 100_car pile ups.
