Yep Peoplenet is saying Jan 5th to Compliance folks also.
Will read my contract to find out when I'll force the issue and point out Peoplnet is not functioning to FMCSA standards and go to paper.
Compliance dropped the line "Drivers will remain in compliance because the 2013 rules are more restrictive". I just hate the Peoplenet device. -
Texico, NM
Enjoyed some snow coming over US70 Not bad but was starting to build up on the shoulders. -
No #### lol that thing is the worst POS device I've had the misfortune to use. As much as I hated the Qualcomm I'd love to have one back......the peoplenet was like going backwards from windows 8 to windows 95 lol you'd think with the money my company spends on equipment and maint they wouldn't have bought such a second rate system.
our message said 'peoplenet is working feverishly to resolve the issue and hopes to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. Until then keep operating under the previous rule'.
Peoplenet doesn't do anything 'feverishly' lol they knew this was probably coming they should have had someone working on it already and just been a simple upload/update. Piss poor customer service.Rocks Thanks this. -

very familiar feeling, real fun when you are around a major city..like say Chicago or LA or your planners have your next stop layed out like you are going to be in and out of there in 15 minutes
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
Speaking of I saw a small herd of buffalo the other day......in North Carolina??????? -
"What do you mean it'll take a half hour to get over there?" when delivering and picking up ina majpr city like Chicago.TruckDuo Thanks this.
