West Memphis I go for the Petro. The lot attendants seem to keep the rif-raf at bey.

Current company tends to have a better discount at the corporate owned TA/Petro so I drop the fuel in the tank to cover the parking.

Which is why anytime I shoo away a panhandler I do the extra special 30 minute pretrip (logging only 15 of course) :biggrin_25523:

Taking a load to Tulsa, OK tomorrow. My guess it's Electolux, seems to be the only loads we haul to Oklahoma.

I was going to do that, but if they are asking for money it's usually because they don't need it. ...I keep small sealed containers of soup with easy open lids and granola bars. I figure if they are hungry they'll eat it, if not then it's no skin off my back what they do with it.

Anyways... Taking my 10 hour in vestivia at a dock. Praying real hard they'll stop using that bloody trash compactor for 10 seconds so I can sleep. (It's right next to my cab.)

I've made sandwiches for that homeless veteran that lives at the rest areas near Van Horn and given burritos to guys panhandling at the Love's in El Paso.

I used to do that place too. If I went to ok it was always Electrolux in Tulsa. Think it was the only customer they had in the state. Then it would be a load out of there to Wilmer, tx. Always.

Not a bad load always light, quick in and out but I don't think I was ever there that it wasn't pouring rain.
