Parked Here for the Night

With 30 minutes left on the 8hr 30min break clock. We pulled Into as iron pony would say peelot in walcott. Visibility was getting bad with flurries and blowing snow. Hope it clears up in a few. We'll break is up, and time to truck truck truck it up!!!

 

Sitting at the TA in Boise, ID till morning... Anyone nearby want to give me an excuse to not do paperwork or clean the truck, come on by I'll buy the coffee

 

4minutes left on the clock. Slid into the peelot portage, in. It was a smooth ride till u hit the Indiana line. Blood n gut, blood n guts everywhere. I mean crash up derby wrecker come get me type drama. Seen more wrecks in the first 6 miles of Indiana then I have all day. Well gona get some shower power, snooze for a couple hours, and see if we can't do this 1 mo gin.

 

And it wont get any better anytime soon, temp near 0 and wind chills -20 another 6-11 in of snow all for our monday.

Well... to my joy, not much rain today... only a little bit early morning but nothing for the rest of the day... Drove from Dickson, TN to WV... Passed congested FJ in VA and decided to park at a Welcome Center in WV.... not going to that Pilot at Hargerstown either... It's windy here... and it rained some... Going to bed as soon as I finish this post and clean up my dishes and put leftovers in the cooler and brush my teeth... Planning on start driving at 2 am east time... Heading to NY... and then CT... You all be safe...

That J in Winchester, VA is a cluster. I don't know why drivers have such a hard on for it. The one time I parked there it took me 20 minutes to get out in the morning.

On a more serious note not saying hearing a Brazilian accent isn't. Are the pilot showers the most beautiful thing ever. I can't even remember what they use to look like. I just want to take pictures of the showers and put them on the bottom of my top bunk. I'm super cheap but couldn't help but leave those guys a tip. Wasn't much but still. Just in case the Pilot president is reading this and looking for a spokesman. If my Attempt to be Americas next top Trucker's Report Administrator goes up in flames. Have your people call my people.

They have paged twice for a Western Express driver to get off the fuel island. He should have gone to the pilot if he was going to park and dissappear.
