I35 OK exit 203 AmBest at least the restrooms are open.......
Opted to pop north and avoid the freeze areas of southern MO tonight and in the a.m.
That and with fuel being cheaper cost spread between fuel and tolls is less and not so bad to go 75 miles out of route -
There is a pack mentality among some truck drivers. I've seen that many times too. The whole parking lot could be empty, yet when someone pulls in, they have to park right next to you.Rocks Thanks this.

My wife picks up carpet squares from the Dollar Tree store near our home. You could probably get similar at Home Depot or Lowe's. They usually have various types. One time they had the kind used in offices, a 16" square of really close, low pile carpet. I used a razor to trim a cutout for my brake pedal. Does a really good job of keeping dirt from migrating further in. Easy to shake out and I keep a spare. If something nasty gets tracked in I just toss it and replace. For $1 each no great loss.

I have had this broom for many many yrs... it does a great job... and it doesn't leave any straws or nothing...
If you don't have one already, get an air blower... that is very good too to blow away all little dirt and sand....
For the salt and crap that you have already brought in there, use a little bit of water and a little bit of detergent... scrub the floor and then wipe it clean... it may take a few applications till all is gone. A former partner used to use some water on the floor and then blow it away with the air blower... -
I take it he was a former partner for a reason by that wording?
...and I'm seriously taking notes from you. -

I had 7 team partners during 6 month teaming in my former co. None lasted very long... But I learned a little bit from each one of them...
