Yeah might as well. You can park on the street around there but there's no facilities save for a 24 hour Valero gas station next to the Academy Sports strip mall.. You can see my sister in laws house from there, lmao.

Too bad I'm not in town, ask TruckDuo, I know where to find good eats in EPT.

    TruckDuo Thanks this.

Parked at the TA in Jessup, MD. Got here at 6:30 and it was packed but got me a legit parking spot.

I do the same... my boots don't pass beyond the area in front of driving seat.. and that's only if I am at a customer muddy lot, having to slide tandems, back truck... stuff like that... But then, I put them in a plastic bag and place that in the shoe area in front of passenger seat.
And I also have my driving shoes... Which are PERFECT... they are made of fabric... extremely comfortable... bought them in Brasil... every time I go there, I buy 6 or so pairs and use them till they "fall apart"... The only inconvenience in all that is that I have to be changing shoes constantly.. and taking them off when I go in the sleeper berth...

Finally delivered the load at Camp Hill, PA and headed to next shipper... Caught an awful dense fog, wind, light snow on wet pavement under freezing temp this evening... going up and down on I-81 heading north... Some trucks were going at 40 mph with flashers on... Decided to park at rest area... got the last available spot... first one on the row... Good, cause I wasn't planning on going anywhere else for parking... :biggrin_25512: Picking up tomorrow about 1 hr north of here and then heading to OK... Gotta check the weather now... Y'all be safe... :biggrin_25519:

Freezing my Butte off in Montana at the Pilot. Snow flurries just started. Hopefully I made the right choice (weather wise) by taking this route to Cedar Falls from Washington vs I80.
