Just watched a driver from covenant back into a spot... I didn't know jackknifing yourself, and pushing the trailer tandems into place where you want them was a valid maneuver. Not the first time I've seen them do that. Guess they are planning on Jesus saving their tires...
Not many miles today, but I unloaded two stores, picked up a freshly loaded trailer, unloaded one more store, drop 'n swapped that trailer at another store and then ran like a bat outta hell to get my backhaul. All but one stop made at least 30 minutes early, and even the one stop I was still early on.
Made it back with 16 minutes on my electronic nanny. ...hearing the out of hours prompt is amusing. Reminds me of Payphone calls. "Please insert one dollar for 5 more minutes..."
Parked at my final destination, getting some vittles and headed home to hit the sack. Only to repeat the process tomorrow. -

Well just heard back from dispatch. Picking up in the AM in Apache Jct coming home. Guess I get to camp out in Avondale tonight.

Sitting in calexico. Dropped trailer last night, Tennessee load comes across at 6pm... Tennessee, back to nogales and home for a few days.

Parked at the rest area east bound 94 in Menomonie Wisconsin.
Didnt get as far as I wanted... but still will deliver on Thursday Morning......20 1/2 hrs left to drive....
