Got to shipper at 0845 local for my preload. Told there were no empties so turned into a live load. Just started loading me at the 2 hour mark.

Well that beats last time I was here with a different company almost 4 years ago. That preloaded trailer turned into 25 hours before I saw a door. I'm way ahead of the game.

 

Winco 5 hours and counting

Larodeo Tejas....last 2 in AM then start pickin in Valley....course I still have 1/2plt of very expensive imported cheese for a d'bag in Austin...he's been flippin out all day...really? YOU said ya had to have it for YOUR truck early am...but YOU couldn't stay past 3on Tues....said you'd be in by 4 Wed AM....I was nice&pushed my early AM Houstons back....I was at your place@3:30...@4:45 YOU finally answered Your phone&told ME you'd get there when you where ready &I WILL WAIT....how'd that work out for ya?.....

Anybody know if the Boot Hill Saloon is still open ?? Its been a while since I've been on the loose in Daytona..

 

Made it home to Durham NC.... got to deliver in Goldsboro tomorrow. But then off till Wednesday next week. Ready to be out of the truck for a few days....

 

Not sure about the saloon ........ BUT ........

Head down to New Smyrna Beach - Boston Fish House - South Atlantic Ave - Route A1A - Highly recommended - priced right - room for bobtail parking. My folks might even be there later. They have a place down the coast. If a crazy old silver haired lady see's ya park and runs up and says "Is that your truck ?? My son drives a truck ! Do you know him ?? Just humor her and say "Yes ! We're old buddies !" ......... she still thinks there's only 37 trucks in North America !
