you best hope your not the one that figures out it is necessary
the biggest problem comes when a driver leaves the south where fuel is not treated at all
and before he fuels in cold weather up north
it will be argued forever what temp to add additive and how much
my boss isn't definitive on the subject but i better not gell up a reefer
he might not be politically correct explaining to me my error

 

Drivers in my co. don't put anything else in their fuel tanks and never had any problem with that... I have talked with maintenance boss about that and he told me, "do not put anything in the fuel tank other than fuel..." Ok... if it ends up that we should, he will have nobody else to blame but himself...

 

Well if you run far south to far north regularly this time of year You don't wanna learn the hard way....and although...its a pain to log...its splash splash..till I'm above 40....then 100 gals w/howes.....then like this trip....stuff full in the Buckeye where I know its blended....This trip...86 when fueled in Edinburg Tx...48 Hrs later...just barely above 0...and droppin fast....outside of Buffalo.....any water....condensation at all make fuel filters very unhappy quickly....course all the enginerrs&suit&tie maintenance folks swear its ol skool nonsence w/todays dual direct draw tanks returning 40% back to the tanks warm....course they'll NEVER have to be on this side of the road at 10below....tryn Ta git it started.....if your stacks are rolln smoke like the Vatican jus elected a new pope....well better safe than sorry..
and Mike there ain't no point in talkin to some o these youngins bout lockin trailer brakes....beside its good side$$$for the wrenches at Ts...LMAO

 

Jeez... I pulled out of atlanta 2 hours before rush hour started. Now I feel like one lucky #######...

Parked at a Walmart nearby my next stop in charlotte, nc. Other choice was an overcrowded pilot with a strip club next to it. Between not having any one's and knowing my fianceé would have my nuts hung over a mantle...I opted for Walmart.

Dinner courtesy of the local Walmart... Gotta support the places that let me take up 10-12 spots.

 

At the New Stanton service plaza on the Penna pike. Got a load of pump parts going to Lubbock. Going to be low on hours so if I pick up an El Paso load from Lubbock I'll have to wait till Friday to roll into town.

 

watching wrestling now. so predictable and so many who cheat . i dont wanna see em cheat or beat each other up with folding chairs but thats the norm .sooo scripted...hubby HAS to watch it..BORING...i used to watch when i was a kid and Dusty Rhodes wrestled....

 

The American Dream.....ahhh ol skool wraslin....many a Sunday night at the now long gone Orlando Sports Stadium....actually an indoor rodeo arena...from back when Fl was Still a SOUTHERN STATE....one week dusty would chase Terry Funk out into the woods...the next week Dory would run Dusty out....then they'd all end up laffin together at Waffle House on E Colonial....we wuz all kids then....
