Got a service done at the Speedco in N. little Rock. Now debating on rather to take a two hour break or an 8 hour break. Thought I would get another Gainesville load after my Norcross, but No. Get to go to Dalton and take some carpet to Denver. Well better see if this bed still remembers me. Guess it's to early to say night night. So day day!!

Home. Well my favorite motel anyways. Spent $25 on a temp tag for my "new" '97 Saturn Hooptie. Now I'm legal for a month.

If you ever by chance run down interstate 25 south of Albuquerque, the Phillips 66 Travel Plaza in Lemitar, NM (exit 156) has a decent little restaurant. Always see the locals there eating. I always order me a patty melt.

If you need a Walmart, the store in Childress, TX just southeast of the scales allows parking.

I wouldn't go in that Walmart in Childress if you paid me. That place has cluster fudge all over it. If you can get in and out of their in a timely manner. You deserve a nomination in the Super Truckers hall of fame.

    COP or Change of plans.

Was called by breakdown department and asked if I had my overhead done on my truck yet? You mean the one that has 40,000 miles on it. Yeah it's due for an overhead at 40,000 miles. Me not knowing the difference between the fuel tank and the def tank in mechanical knowledge. Hears about those things on trucks that have tons of miles on it. I'm over by 255 miles and she is throwing a hissy fit. It has to be done. So I'm parked at the KW in Little Rock. So far still enough time to make my 1600 apt for tmrw. Just not sure on how far I will get to pick up my 1500 Dalton, GA load. Also not sure what they did at speedco, but truck runs like crap. I guess it got air in the fuel lines are something. They had to keep priming it or whatever just to keep the motor from stalling. I thought it was all fixed until I headed to the KW dealer and the check engine stop light was coming on. Also didn't feel like it had any power. So hopefully they will get all that fixed in a timely manner, and I'll be able to getter done. Well day day time until they come knock on my door.

We didn't get an 'overhead' done until 400K!! A & B services on time or early... I guess it just depends on the truck... I sure hope THEY are paying for it!! Especially as it cost us almost $900... Make sure you check with KW (if you are O/O check with the warrantee dept, they should be able to give you a copy of your warrantee and let you know what mileage you should get what services done). Hope you get out of there soon!!

I'm a company driver. I guess this engine is new and they want to see if everything is working properly I don't know. It's a Paccar MX motor. My first one and so far I'm pretty happy with it. I think the company gets in trouble if they don't meet the service deadlines. Not sure. I do hope I get out of hear in time. Problem now is its hard to go to sleep, because I'm too anxious about getting out of here in time. Well can't try to sleep if I don't turn off this lap top. So lap top is going off and I'm going to try to close my eyes. . Then they will probably be knocking on the door and I won't be able to sleep in break room. Wish I would of known this while I was at home. I could of got it done there. Oh well.

They finished the overhead. Didn't even look at the fuel thingy problems. Got on highway Check engine, and Stop light came on. Took the next exit, and came right back. Now they are saying truck needs parts ordered. So I'm in Little Rock for another day, and hope they send me a message about what I'm to do with my load.
