Doing a favor for my dispatcher and delivering a load dropped at ProTrans to Monarch Beverage here in Indianapolis. Then I go drop the empty back at ProTrans and bobtail to the truckstops and start my reset.

Brownie points are always a good thing...Bigdubber Thanks this.

That's why the two times I asked for time off to watch my kids while their mom went away on business it was granted no questions asked.
Pascual Munoz, the brother in charge of dispatch likes the fact that I
1. Don't complain about where I'm sent.
2. Don't cry to come home after 4-5 days out.
3. Willing to do what I can within what's legal.
Got to love a small company where you can poke your head into the owners office where he's shooting the #### with his brother and say "Hey Art (my father in law who drives at Munoz too) wanted me to give you two a big wet kiss!" -
Which truckstop? I am sitting at the Loves exit 131 I-65

The Pilot. Need to do laundry so I'll either go to the J or see if there's a laundromat nearby that you can fit a bobtail in.

Thats a down side of Loves. No washers. Wonder why?
I got to be in N Chicago at 6 AM so it's about bed time -
Yeah that's one thing they've neglected to incorporate into the newer designs.

Parked in an empty warehouse lot in Burlington VT. Distinct lack of places to park a truck hereabouts. I'd sneak up to the Jolley in St. Albans but DOT is very busy today. Guess I'll wander into Walmart and restock the fridge.
Bigdubber Thanks this. -
