    Yes, they can make you move. You've got two choices, you can either violate HOS rules and move the truck yourself, or you can get your truck towed and your HOS won't be violated.

    They may not can force you to drive away and violate federal HOS rules but they can have the vehicle removed.

    Used to be in there weekly lol...i loved that ya could smoke there but since I quit smoking it don't smell so good lol
