Parking at Wal-marts

For the most part I go to walmarts that I know have trk parking and could care less how long we stay there.I have a few favorite walmarts.I stay away from the ones that are near alot of traffic.I thought the CEO of walmart before he passed away put in his will that all walmarts allow trk parking.But many walmarts revised that after he died.

 

Yep exactly. I respect and obey signs, but some don't. They got the mentality they can do what they want. Shelbyville, TN is one of them. Six trucks at least parked there every night. The one on 69 in OK beside the Loves is another.

 

i was a training supervisor at the 6015 DC in laurens, sc when mr. sam died and i can promise you, almost EVERY policy he instituted was changed when the brat kids and new guard took over in upper management.......it was a great company while he was alive as he really cared abobut what happened to his employees, vendors, customers ect.....almost from the minute he died, things changed within the company. and not in a good way. the only thing that meant anything after he died was the bottom line, not anyone or anything else.

 

Some walmarts put little flower beds all over their lot I imagine just for that reason,to keep us out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

seems like thats how it always goes.I don't know how anyone can get away with altering a will do you?

 

Who knows? But when that much money is involved I guess you can buy anything. The one thing for sure is that almost from the minute he died it was never the same around there again.

 

I agree, there is nothing wrong with showing a little courtesy by going in and buying something just for the courtesy of letting us park there.

I agree on this note also. The company sure took a nose dive as far as good management goes. I think the kids already had it in mind how things were going to be ran before the old man died. What a shame.

 

Please clean up your trash, just because you may asee a sweeper go thru the lot doesn't mean you can throw your trash out on the lot. If you see a full can there is normally another liner in the bottom go ahead and get your hands dirty for the next guy and change the liner out asnd put the full one in a cart and the cart guy will take it from there, I promise if this is done we will not be having to park on the sides of on ramps... Thanks.

 

The walmart in Oak Grove,mo,the one across from Petro has those height bars.I think thats where it is.Anyway I don't have a problem with that.After all their main parking lot is for cars.But I do have a problem with trks parking in the way where you can't get out.Any moron can see you'reNOT suppose to block the road.But they do anyway.Whenever I go there I learned to drop the trl at petro and bobtail there.Only way To get out is back up hoping a semi isn't in the way.You can't go forward like normal ppl do and get out the way it's designed because trks have the exit blocked.
