    LED/aftermarket running lights?

My LED light bar screws with my FM radio reception, can't see why it couldn't mess with the CB too.

Does the noise go away if you apply the brakes?

No, not the service brakes with the pedal. Just parking brake. I didn't know there was any electronics tied in with the parking brake? I had the valves out a couple months ago I thought it was just valves?

Should not be anything that causes static in a 2001, abs module maybe if it has one. The only other thing I can think of is if it has a body computer and thats starting to freak out with age. The other thing is how old is the coax itself?

Only thing I can think of is it be a truck that goes to Canada and has day time running lights that come on when the brakes are released.

    AModelCat Thanks this.

Pretty much what I was thinking lol. Especially if the headlights were swapped out to LED/HID at some point.

Usually the dtr are the signals vs the actual headlights..
Being a 2001 it would have to be an aftermarket add on..
Unplug them all or pull the fuse and see..
